I’m the database nerd behind Catalyze SQL, LLC. I’ve been helping developers, DBAs, and IT teams get the most out of SQL Server for 20 years.

I’m a Microsoft Certified Master in SQL Server

I’m an experienced consultant and Database Administrator with expertise in the SQL Server engine, both for in-prem and cloud PAAS and IAAS implementations.

Over the course of my career, I have:

• Trained thousands of DBAs and developers across three continents.
• Consulted for hundreds of companies around the world to solve their SQL Server performance problems.
• Worked as a full time database expert in software companies leveraging the SQL Server engine.
• Served as the documentation lead for Azure SQL Database at Microsoft.
